Description : High performance, cement-based adhesive with high adherence strength, reinforced with chemical additives, polymers and mineral fillings and manufactured
in accordance with TS EN 12004, C2TE S1 class, used for affixing ceramics, granite, pressed bricks, glass mosaic tiles, marble and natural stones to all kinds of surfaces.

Areas of use : For affixing vertical and horizontal applications,of ceramic, granite, pressed brick, glass mosaic tiles, marble and natural stones to all kinds of surfaces (cement based surfaces, concrete, precast concrete, etc.) in indoor and outdoor places and for coating the walls and floors in wet areas such as swimming pools, water tanks and bathrooms, etc., for coating of walls and floors of cold storage rooms, ceramic and granite affixing and repairs of outer facades of buildings and ceramic affixing on ceramic surfaces.

Surface Preparation :
The surfaces shall be clear of substances that may prevent adherence such as surface molding grease, dust, dirt, paint, detergent, etc. All imperfections on the surface shall be repaired with Parexgroup repair mortar before the product is applied. Highly absorbent surfaces should be dampened or undercoated with Geseras EM2.
Application :
- Slowly add 20 kilograms of LANKOFLEX to 12 liters of water in the mixing container and mix with a slow-speed mixer until a homogenous and pellet-free mixture is obtained. Wait for 3-5 minutes for settling, and then mix for another half a minute then apply.
- The adhesive mortar should be used by applying pressure to the surface and then should be chiseled with a steel-toothed trowel selected according to the material to be affixed to the surface.
- The affixing process should be carried within 20 minutes after the chiseling has taken place. If this period has elapsed for some reason, the adhesive mortar should be scraped off from the surface.
- For good adherence, the air bubbles shall be removed with the help of a rubber hammer.
- If film has formed during the application that area should be re-chiseled and no application shall be carried out on very hot or frozen surfaces.
- Highly absorbent coatings should be waterlogged before the application.

Storage Life:
The expiry date is 8 months from the date of production provided that it is stored in sealed (unopened) original package and not subject to direct sunlight and frost and with maximum 8 times piling.
Safety Precautions/Warnings:
- Use between +5 Cº and +35 Cº.
- No foreign substance may be added to the prepared mortar.
- The LANKOFLEX mixture that has started to dry should not be re-used by mixing with water or dry mortar.
- Do not apply on surfaces subject to sunlight for prolonged periods or that are very hot or frozen.
- Wait for 5 hours for jointing on walls and for 10 hours for floors.
- Absorbent surfaces should be dampened or undercoated before the application.
- For outdoor applications, protect the surface for 24 hours against extreme heat, wind, frost and rain.
- Do not inhale the dust of the product since the material is cement based; avoid contact with the skin and eyes.
