Description : Acrylic copolymer emulsion based surface finishing plaster that can be mixed with cement and gypsum and that can be used on walls and ceilings of internal and external facades.

Characteristics/Advantages:
Can be applied to a thickness of 0,3-4 mm on the ceilings and walls of internal and
external facades when mixed with cement.

external facades when mixed with gypsum.
Takes the color of the hydraulic binding agent after mixing.
Consistency can be adjusted.
Perfect smoothing and leveling with a trowel during application.

- These figures are provided for temperatures between +23±2 ºC and for 50±5% relative humidity.
Surface Preparation :
The surfaces onto which the product will be applied to should be clear of substances that might prevent perfect adherence such as form oil, dust, paint, dirt, detergents, etc.
Application :

- In order to obtain a smooth surface, remove all loose and damaged concrete formed on the surface with the help of cutter or leveler.
- The application surfaces should be wetted before the application.
- Absorbent surface should be undercoated with Geseras EM2 absorbent surface undercoat.
Consumption : 0,6-0,8 kg/m²/mm thickness
Storage Life:
The expiry date is 12 months from the date of production provided that it is stored in dry environment in its sealed (unopened) original package and is not subject to direct sunshine and frost.
Safety Precautions / Warnings:
- Use between +5 Cº and +35 Cº.
- No foreign substance may be added to the prepared mortar.
- The expired mortar should not be re-used by mixing with water or dry mortar.
- Do not apply under direct sunlight.
- Do not apply on surfaces subject to sunlight for prolonged periods or that are very hot or frozen.
- Dampen the surface before application.
- Do not apply the paste mixed with cement to gypsum surfaces.
- Wash the tools with plenty of water after application
- Do not inhale the dust of the product since the material is cement based; avoid contact with the skin and eyes.
