Areas of Use : It can be used for decorative purposes safely on all outer facades of all kinds of reinforced concrete surfaces; surfaces plastered with exposed concrete, ytong, bricks, etc. or previously painted outer surfaces.
Characteristics : Due to its silicon containing structure, it has high water vapor permeability and low
water absorption and is highly resilient to UV and alkali and is water repellent.
It allows breathing of the painted surface and humidity to evaporate and therefore, ensures that the surfaces remains dry at all times.
Environment-friendly, water-proof, resilient and durable against friction and washing, direct sunlight and adverse effects of salty moisture.

APPLICATION :
Surface Preparation:
The surfaces onto which this product will be applied to should be sturdy, dry and clean. Blistered and old painted surfaces should be scraped off and cleaned. In order to obtain a smooth surface, Lanko 101 Parenduit or Geserepair 730 think or thick repair mortar should be applied to the surface. If necessary, the surface should be sanded after the repair mortar is applied and undercoated with Gesercoomer Primer.
Application :
- 3-4 hours after undercoating, the Geserliccon Extra Silicone House Paint should be diluted with 10-15% water and applied by a roller or a brush in two layers.
- Wait for at least 4 hours between layers.
- Please ensure that the ambient temperature should be between 5-35 °C during the application.
Coating Capacity :7 - 10 m²/L (one-layered application)
Storage Life:
The expiry date is 2 years provided that it is stored in sealed (unopened) original package in 5-35°C dry environment not directly exposed to sunlight. It should be protected against direct sunlight and frost.
Safety Precautions/Warnings:
- Geserliccon Extra Silicone House Paint should be mixed thoroughly before it is used.
- The ambient temperature should be between 5-35 °C during the application.
- Wash the tools with plenty of water after each application.
- The surfaces to which Geserliccon Extra Silicone House Paint has been applied to should be protected against physical and chemical factors for 2 days.
- Do not empty the paint to sewerages and water canals.
- The application should be carried out as indicated below.
- Tightly close the packaging after partial use.
