Description : Styrene resin based concrete curing material applied on fresh concrete and which by blocking the water contained in the water with the protective film layer it forms, prevents the concrete to dry too fast and minimizes shrinkage of the concrete.

Increases strength and durability of the concrete by preventing evaporation to the
maximum level.
Does not form a coat on the surface and perfectly integrates with cement, epoxy
and polyurethane coatings.
High UV-resistance and decreases abrasion and dust emission.
Forms a semi-matte surface, minimizes shrinkage cracks caused by fast drying.
Ensures better curing when compared to paraffin based cures. Flammable.
Acts as a polish for set concrete, plastered and stone surfaces.

Drying Time : Max. 1 hour. (20°C)
Application Method : One layer by a roller or by spraying. In open-air and windy areas, apply a second layer 6 hours after the first layer.
Surface Preparation :
Except for new poured concrete, the application surfaces should be sturdy and clean.
Application :
- The product should be applied immediately after flattening and finishing processes are completed and the bleeding water on the surface evaporates.
- Apply Lankocure PR2 to fresh concrete homogenously by spraying or with the help of a roller brush.
- In order to achieve effective curing in outdoor and windy places, apply a second layer 6 hours after the first layer.
- Consumption in shady places is low.
- Lankocure PR2 shall be applied as a thin layer.
- The product should be spread evenly on the surface and ponding should not be allowed.
Consumption : 0.150-0.170 kg/m²
~0.300 kg/m² (in outdoor places and high temperatures and windy areas)
Storage Life :
The expiry date is 1 year from the date of production provided that it is stored in sealed (unopened) original package in 5-35°C environments. Protect against extreme temperatures and humidity.
Safety Precautions/Warnings:
- Since it contains solvents, do not start fires in storage and application areas.
- The storage and application areas should be well ventilated.
- Pallets should not be piled on top of each other during long-term storage.
- During the application, wear protective clothing, protective gloves, goggles and mask in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Precautions.
- Use between +5 Cº and +35 Cº.
- Do not apply on surfaces subject to sunlight for prolonged periods or that are very hot or frozen.
- Clean the tools with a solvent after the applications.
- Avoid contact with the skin and eyes due to the irritating characteristic of the product.
