- These figures are provided for temperatures between +23±2 ºC and for 50±5% relative humidity.

Surface Preparation:

Cement based surfaces should be sturdy and clear of all substances that may prevent perfect adherence such as grease, dirt, rust, old coatings, loose parts, etc. The concrete surfaces should be cleaned and chiseled to prevent heavy water leakage.

Application                :

• Geserkat W12 should be poured in a clean container with Geserkat W12/cement ratio as 1 / 2.5
• Use a measurement container to obtain a homogenous mixture.
• The cement should be scattered by ensuring the whole surface is covered.
• The material should be quickly mixed until a uniform paste-like consistency is reached. The prepared paste should be applied onto the surface by pressing by hand or by a trowel.
• Since it sets quickly, the mixture should be immediately used.
• After the application, waterproofing operations can be started.
• Do not re-use a hardened mortar.

Consumption                 : Geserkat W12/cement ratio is recommended as 1 / 2.5.

Storage Life               :

The expiry date is 6 months from the date of production provided that it is stored in dry environment in its sealed (unopened) original package. Protect against very high temperatures and frost.

Safety Precautions / Warnings:

• Use between +5 Cº and +35 Cº.
• Shake well for ensuring homogeneity before use.
• Protect against frost in cold weather.
• Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles/mask during the application
• Clean the tools after application.
