- These figures are provided for temperatures between +23±2 ºC and for 50±5% relative humidity.
Surface Preparation:
Cement based surfaces should be sturdy and clear of all substances that may prevent perfect adherence such as grease, dirt, rust, old coatings, loose parts, etc. The application surfaces should be moistened and waterlogged.
Application :
- Geserkat W11 should be mixed until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
- The should be added to the mortar water at a ratio of 15-20% of the water to be added to the mortar or 5% of the cement in the powder mortar.
- The second or more plastering layers should be applied after the final layer starts to harden (4-5 hours). In order to improve adherence between the layers, the surface of the plaster layer should be scraped off and chiseled.
Consumption : It is recommended to use 5% of the weight of the cement (Cement dosage should be 350 kg).
Storage Life:
The expiry date is 1 year from the date of production provided that it is stored in dry 5-35°C environment in its sealed (unopened) original package without any direct sunshine. Protect against very high temperatures and frost.
Safety Precautions / Warnings:
- Use between +5 Cº and +35 Cº.
- No foreign substance may be added to the prepared mortar.
- Do not over-mix in order to prevent air-entrainment.
- Moisten the surface before application.
