- These figures are provided for temperatures between +23±2 ºC and for 50±5% relative humidity.
Application :
- GESERkat AF-8 completely dissolves in water. It should be added to the concrete mixing water before the application.
- The amount required for 100 kilograms of cement is between 0.6 kg and 3.0 kg. Generally the recommended dose is 1% of the weight of the cement in the mixture. The optimum dose of GESERkat shall be determined by the tests that you shall carry at your site by considering the mechanical characteristics required from the concrete and the liquidity of the mixture.
- Do not mix and use the material after freezing-thawing.
Usage Dose :1% of the weight of the cement.
Storage Life :
The expiry date is 12 months from the date of production provided that it is stored in dry environment in its sealed (unopened) original package and is not subject to direct sunshine and frost.
Safety Precautions / Warnings:
- Shake well before use for a homogenous mixture.
- The tools should be cleaned after application.
- Avoid contact with the eyes. Wash with plenty of water in case of contact with the eyes and immediately seek medical advice.
- Avoid contact with the skin. Wash with soft soap and water thoroughly in case of contact with the skin and if irritation occurs, immediately seek medical advice.
- Wash the mouth thoroughly with plenty of water if swallowed. Do not try to vomit the paint and immediately seek medical help.
