Description : Acrylic, copolymer-based, unary undercoat for exposed concrete surfaces with binding and adhesion characteristics.

Areas of Use : Used as a transition undercoat for applying gypsum, lime and cement-based plaster materials to exposed concrete surfaces in indoor areas, vertical surfaces and ceilings.

Dilution Rate : It is ready-to-use, dilute by 10% water if necessary.
Surface Preparation :
Application surfaces should be clear of all substances that may prevent perfect adherence such as grease, dirt, rust, old coatings, loose parts, etc.
Application :
- Geserbrut Exposed Concrete Undeercoat should be mixed until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
- The product is ready to use but can be diluted with 5-10% water if necessary and applied in a single layer with the help of a roller or a brush.
- Any sort of coating (cement, gypsum, tile, etc.) can be applied to the surface 24 hours after the application.
Consumption : 4 - 6 m²/kg (single-layer application)
Storage Life :
The expiry date is 2 years from the date of production provided that it is stored in dry 5-35°C environment in its sealed (unopened) original package without any direct sunshine. Protect against very high temperatures and frost.
Safety Precautions / Warnings:
- Geserbrut Exposed Concrete Undercoat should be thoroughly mixed before use.
- Use between +5 Cº and +35 Cº.
- Protect agains frost.
- Do not add other additives.
- After each application, clean the tools with water.
- Surfaces onto which Geserbrut Exposed Concrete Undercoat has been applied to should be protected against physical and chemical effects for 1 day.
- Do not empty the undercoat into sewerage and water canals.
- The application should be carried out as indicated above.
- After partial use, tightly seal the packaging.
