Description : No solvent, epoxy-resin based, manufactured with chemical additives according to
TS EN 12004, R2T class, used for affixing of ceramic tiles, granite, press bricks,
stained glass, marble and natural stones too all kinds of surfaces and for filling of
joints, high-performance joint filler and ceramic adhesive.

Areas of Use : Used for filling of the joints in and affixing of ceramic tiles, granite, press bricks,
stained glass, marble and natural stones on floors or horizontally to all surfaces in
indoor and outdoor places, factories, chemistry and food warehouses, places with wide
wet areas such as pools, water tanks, saunas, kitchens or bathrooms.

Surface Preparation :
The surface to which the product will be applied shall be cleared off substances that may damage adherence such as dust, paint, dirt, detergents, etc. The imperfections on the surface shall be eliminated with Parexgroup repair mortars, highly absorbent surfaces should be wetted or undercoated with Geseras EM2.
Application :
- The concrete surface should be dried and should have 28 days’ strenght.
- Use clean equipment for mixing and preparation.
- By paying attention to the ratios of A and B components, slowly mix with a slow-speed mixer (400-600 cycles/min mechanical mixer) for at least 3-4 minutes.
- Depending on the dimensions of the ceramic or tiles, at least a 4mm toothed comb should be used and a minimum thickness of 2mm should be obtained.
- The epoxy stains on ceramics should be removed with the help of a sponge and hot, detergent added water in 4 to 10 hours after application. Finally, the surface should be wiped by adding 10% ethyl alcohol to cleaning water.
Consumption : 1.7kg/m² (when applied at a thickness of 1 mm)
Storage Life :
The product can be stored for up to 1 year provided that it is stored in a 5-35°C environment, without any direct sunlight in its sealed (unopened) original package. Protect against very high temperatures and humidity.
Safety Precautions/Warnings:
- Use between +10 Cº and +30 Cº.
- No foreign substance may be added to the prepared epoxy joint filler.
- Do not used at temperatures below +10 Cº or in very humid conditions.
- Application products should be cleaned with Epoxy Thinner.
- Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles/mask during application.
- Protect the product against direct sunlight.
- Partly used products should be kept in their original package and tightly closed.
