Surface Preparation    :

The surface to which the product will be applied shall be cleared off substances that may damage adherence such as dust, paint, dirt, old coatings, loose part, etc. The compressive strength of concrete surfaces should be at least 25 N/mm² and the tensile strength should be minimum 1.5-2 N/mm². All splits and cracks on the concrete should be repaired before the application with Parexgroup repair mortars.

Application                :

• After the main components are mixed, mix for 2-3 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Do not exceed the amount that can be used within the pot life of the mixture.
• Apply mixture to the surface for which substrate has been prepared beforehand with the help of a spatula or a trowel.
• Does not need undercoating and the product should be applied to damp surfaces by feeding the material to the surface with a brush. Use clean equipment for mixing and preparation.
• Wait for about 14-16 hours before layers at 20°C and for at least 24 and at most 48 hours for the final coat.

Storage Life:

The expiry date is 1 year from the date of production provided that it is stored in dry, 5-35°C environment in its sealed (unopened) original package. Protect against very high temperatures and humidity.

Safety Precautions/Warnings:

• Use between +10 Cº and +30 Cº.
• No foreign substance may be added to the prepared epoxy joint filler.
• The material has the right consistency. Epoxy thinner can only be used for cleaning purposes.
• Wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles/mask during application.
• Do not applied to surfaces that have been exposed to extreme heat or are frozen.
• Partly used products should be kept in their original package and tightly closed.
